Amazon has expanded its Amazon Prime Now to Oackland, California. As we all know, Prime Now is a free two-hour delivery service to Prime members, who can get tens of thousands of essential and other items by ordering through a mobile app.

The mobile app can be downloaded from www.amazon.com/primenow. It is essential that one should be a Prime member to be able to use Prime Now. Still Prime costs $99.00 a year and Prime Now can also deliver your goods in an hour for an extra $7.99 per delivery.

The service in the East Bay is available from San Pablo to Hayward and east to Walnut Creek.

Just to note a few of the items that can be ordered using Prime Now include frozen foods, such as pizza and ice cream, and household cleaning supplies.
